Hi,

I am going to go to an O2 store tomorrow to hopefully upgrade my phone to a new 4G tariff

What ID do I need to take with me.

I can't remember what I took before!

I think they just used my debit card for payment and that was it!

I was hoping to get one of those pop up things "can we help you?" that appears on the site with regularity but of course..not today!!

I don't have a passport but I do have a new style provisional driving licence.

To upgrade you should just need your phone with you. They'll send a code to your phone that then give them. Take something with your address on it just incase.

Hi all,

Just to clarify they just needed a debit card and as mentioned in earlier posts they send a message to your phone with a security code on.

They also asked me how much my last bill was approximately - so I guess thats just a random security question thrown in.
