ID network

Hello . I have question about my internet status , so my Network ID shows -1 , link speed albo shows -1 Mbps, IP adres shows 0.0.0.0 do U think that's ok ? Cauze i get bad feelings its not, thank U for answers x

If you are getting an IP address of 0.0.0.0 you are not connected to the internet.. 

Can you make and received phone calls?
Are you on WiFI or Mobile Data? 
What phone are you using? and have you reset the network settings?

@madasaf1sh thx for answer , i had iPhone , but is blocked so at thw moment im using Alcatel 1c , im using mobile data, yes i can recive phone calls ,what do You think should i do , cauze when im checking my O2 app IT shows im using my data , when im pressing *#*#4636#*#* IT shows these information ,doesnt matter if im connected to mobile data or not , so from where IT comes my internet ?:p
