I think I’m still paying for my phone

Hello,

I have had my phone on a contract and but I have paid off my device but I am still paying roughly the same amount of my bill. Will I be due a refund? Is this normal? What can I do as this doesn’t seem right.

Where did you get your contract and phone from?

Or maybe I got the phone from carphone warehouse and the contract from 02 but I can’t really remember.

If it was from O2 your device payments stop automatically when paid off.

If not from O2 you will carry on paying the same unless you upgrade to a sim only tariff.
