I have cancelled my contract but was not sent my pac code

I was told the code would be sent in a text but have not got it.

I dont want to wait in another queue for a further half hour to be told another lie.

Yes it will be x8 but the savings will also be x8.
We have been Virgin customers since it was cable & wireless so I am well aware of their service and it knocks the spots off Ofail

Ill admit their landline, tv and broadband are amazing but mobile not so much. (I probably was just unlucky). But hey 100mb optics I'm not complaining:)

yes the broadband if fantastic, the Tivo box is pretty good too as it has 3 tuners.
You must have been unlucky with the phone, my kids have been with them for years with no problems.
