Hi Guys,
I've got an odd error on the sales site...
I'm trying to order an apple watch,
however when I get righ to the end of checkout I get an error.
'Sorry Jason, somthing went wrong!'
I've called telesales, they say they can't order apple watches it's gone to be done online.
Does anyone know who might be able to help?
As I think it's an issue with my account, as when I ordered an ipad I had the same issue, and I simply created a new account to get around the problem. However I can't do this in the instance as it needs to be attached to a phone number.

If customer service can't help, all I can think of is that you go in store to order.

You could try another browser if using a PC. Or borrow a PC if you need to.
However, if it's an issue with your account then only O2 can sort this. I will call in our account advisors to see if they can help.
