I can’t pay my bill

I was due to get a universal credit payment on the 24th December but because my partner left his job and started a new one in the same period I didn’t get anything. I’ve scraped some money together today to pay the manjority of my o2 bill but I can’t pay the remainder until next Monday.

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
