Edited to add I have just tried logging into my account via PC and mobile and can get in with no problems at all..

Hello @Anonymous, welcome to the O2 community!
If you can access the community, you should be able to access your account here MyO2 link on the top of the page (same information)
Maybe you can even try to reset your account details here: Get help signing in? They have a list of things you can do to make the process a bit easier and if you're on your O2 mobile or tablet or mobile broadband, just go to your settings and turn off wifi: Using your data connection will help us find your account automatically!!! If not, you can always use your personal email or phone number.
