I bought O2 Travel how to cancel it

I bought O2 Travel for Turkey on 30 March
Because of corono I have to make calls
It is active
But it says per day
I didn’t used all my allowance, I need urgent help
Can I still use is it per day no clear information

You are charged daily for the bolt on on the days you use it, not when you use all the minutes.

Even 1 minute per day wil incur the charge.

No need to cancel it. Just don't use it and you won't be charged.

Hi Travel,

Best to connect to wifi and use apps like WhatsApp if you want to avoid charges when abroad. You will only get charged for O2 Travel if you use your phone that day. Put your phone in airplane mode and connect to WifI to stop charges.
