I apologise in advance because this is probably a stupid question but I took out insurance when I got my phone at o2 and now I need to contact the insurance people to fix my phone but I don't know how to do this. Can anyone please advise me on how to do this because I can't seem to find out a direct answer online. Thanks in advance.
