Hi I am wondering if someone could help.
I went into a branch today and upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S23 with there being a promotion for the free galaxy ear buds pro2 however the person serving told me to go to the Samsung website to claim however I can't find a claim option online?

Sadly I have to agree with you, although bear in mind that Customer Service is mediocre in some of the other UK mobile network operators too.
I set out the O2 complaints procedure above (16 November 2023, 20.08) and I suggest that you now go down that path.
