How do I freeze account?

My phone is going to get switched off... I’ve been trying to ring the automated system ends the call no matter how many times u try to ring!!! Everyone is having the same issues we can’t pay our bills while off with with this virus - how do we freeze our accounts untill back in work?

Each account is dealt with indidually so you need to persevere with calling them.

 

You can check any outstanding payments and manage your bill in My O2. You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

@JL Be advised that O2 do not freeze accounts.

You will still be expected to pay them on time.

They do freeze accounts ive done it before in the past!
