Can anyone tell me how to claim back my £100 offer after purchasing a Huawei P30 pro

Hi @budgie 

Is it the offer through O2 Recycle where you recycle your old phone through them, having purchased a Huawei P30 or P30 Pro between 27th March and 8th May? If so, then I believe you provide the order number of your purchase when sending your old phone for recycling.

Your phone has to have been purchased direct from O2 and not through a third party like Carphone Warehouse.

You should also be aware that the £100 cashback and the recycling payment may not be paid at the same time.

Enter your p30 order number as a voucher code whilst arranging your recycle to get the bonus amount... If you don't, you won't get anything extra.
