@AnonymousWelcome to the forum

Info on the My O2 app is here https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-o2

Or...

If PAYG you can text BALANCE to 20202

If Contract  you can text BALANCE to 21202.

Or... you can go to your phone settings and check 'data used'. This will also show you how much is left...

Hi @Anonymous!  Did you manage to check your data in My O2 or by text as advised above? It would be great to hear back from you.

Thanks @Glory1 & @Cleoriff for your help!

I logged to the website. Even after searching for several minutes, I could not figure out where is my data balance yet. I maybe not technically sound enough to find it, but there can be customers like me. The data balance should have been easier to find the website.

Totally agree - when you search how to find your data use, all you get is instructions to log into your account.  Then nothing.  Many times I have tried to find this information on my account.  Can't find it.  Is this done on purpose, so you don't know that you are paying too much for your data, or is it bad web design? :wink:
