If PAYG you can text BALANCE to 20202
If Contract you can text BALANCE to 21202.
Or... you can go to your phone settings and check 'data used'. This will also show you how much is left...

I logged to the website. Even after searching for several minutes, I could not figure out where is my data balance yet. I maybe not technically sound enough to find it, but there can be customers like me. The data balance should have been easier to find the website.

Totally agree - when you search how to find your data use, all you get is instructions to log into your account. Then nothing. Many times I have tried to find this information on my account. Can't find it. Is this done on purpose, so you don't know that you are paying too much for your data, or is it bad web design?
