Hi @Anonymous , you can change your address via my O2 or via customer services. You will need your phone to be  with you as one of the security checks is a code sent to your mobile via sms. Hope this helps! slight_smile

Just to add...when you do this via My O2 ...Where it shows your latest bill, underneath that is a section 'billing details' Click on that  and there you will find Billing Address and the option to change. Then follow the instructions as given by rosadosc...:smileywink:
