Signed up for O2 (big mistake) and just looking to cancel this and stop wasting my time on this but no easy way to cancel.
I have just signed up and wasted a couple of hours already on a ****** IT system and can't bear such poor customer service. I am still within 14 days of my cancellation rights but can't get through to anyone in customer service and find no other way to cancel online.
Anyone has any ideas?

Thank you so much, this was a quick way to speak to someone but the advisor can't cancel the order because the order is apparently still processing and has to be processed before she can cancel it. She has promised that she will cancel and send a confirmation email tomorrow.
