You seem the wiseman of O2. So I thought I'd ask you
I'm gonna cancel my O2 n put either my EE or my giff gaff sim in my iPhone 5s after having problems over the last 2 months after my 2year contract came to an end n I asked O2 for a sim only pay monthly. I got billed for both even though I went online chat to get the sim which they told me my other will cancel when the new sim starts. How wrong were they. A £50 bill. so I cancelled the sim only one straight away.
Firtsly how do I unlock my iPhone 5s can't find the form required.
Secondly how do I get my pac code as I can only find reply as if I've just joined O2.
i don't want to take any sim out yet because I know fine well I'm gonna have problems. N won't be able to connect to iTunes with no data.
Id appreciate the help although I've messaged Toby too
