How can I find out exactly what date my new monthly contract starts? There's nothing in myO2 about it, and it is not listed as an order there, but I have been sent my new sim.
How do I change my new sim to my old number and how long will my phone be out of action for once I've done that?
Why is it so difficult to get in touch with O2 to find these things out?

Your new contract starts as soon as you got the sim card... If you cant find any information, it is easy to contact o2, on every page there is a contact us link..
But you can call 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone, or if a new order try the sales team on 0800 081 0255

Thank you. Yes there is a contact us on every page but when you click on it it takes you round in circles, to the forum, to FAQ's, to the virtual assistant which just takes you back to the forum. I can phone but last time I was on there fo 1.5 hours, you wait ages and then they may not be able to help you.
