How can I check my balance?

Without registering online how can I check my balance?
I've just moved onto Simplicity but I don't know how to check how many texts/minutes I have remaining.

I have sent a blank text to 21202 twice now, but it has just said there is an error, please contact O2. Please help!!!!

You could try sending a blank text to 21202. Or do you need to be registered first, for this to work?

If you've ported your number to O2, you'll need to wait until the end of the current billing period before being able to check your balance by text or online.

Until then, call the customer services number, and you can check your balance using the automated menus.
