When I bought a new phone contract in December 2019 O2 said they could transfer my number and my old account / o2 Account settings to my new account.
But now the old login does not work online (I have a new username/password) and when I went abroad in January - I was charged a high amount for Data despite having O2 Travel for over 5-6 years! But I can see that O2 Travel was never ported over and as a result, a large bill came in.
Also - I no longer have call-waiting it seems - can this be enabled? Or is this a phone side setting? (Samsung S10)

Call waiting can be enabled in your call settings.
