Help with bills

Will O2 help me with my bills? Obviously I understand that there are a lot of people in the same situation (out of work and very little money coming in.) I have tried to contact O2 but in a cue for too long

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
