Help with bill

I was billed around 70 pounds and then 20 odds for device. I got an extra sim for 16 so leave around 40 odds for my SIM card however I was only paying 16 for the sim card before I got the actual phone I’m sure it said it was 46 all in including the device so why am I being charged 70 odd plus the 20 odds for the phone and 2 sims? Can anyone help please as next months it’s going upto :80 odds thank you

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
