Hi, I applied for a contract yesterday. I got all the legal documents and order confirmation. I spoke to o2 last night and this morning and both people I spoke to said everything went through fine and i would receive the phone today. nothing yet so I called o2 and now they are saying it has been passed to the referral team. will my order even be accepted at this point? I need a new phone asap so I would rather cancel the order and go elsewhere. how do I cancel the order without paying any fees etc or do I just have to wait? can someone advise me please.

Call Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 and they can cancel the order for you.
