Hi
I’ve had several devices with an IMEI Block put on them, called the customer service line to be told they have submitted the requests to have the blocks removed and it can take 24 hours, 24 hours later I’m still waiting. I’ve tried calling back and keep being told the same thing, asked for proof and said I’d receive an email not received that either. Tried calling 02 three times today and getting the call ended whilst they are telling me they are looking into it.
Can anyone help? Suggest who I can talk to?

Try the UK based Social Media Team, they have the best reputation

tried this but they said to contact the main line instead. Which is proving impossible as they keep hanging up when they see it’s a case of an ongoing complaint etc.

If you put in an Official Complaint then it is difficult to get anyone to touch it as it may have an effect on the outcome.
Bad news is complaints are taking around 8 weeks

It might be worth @jenni_confused trying the social media route again.
Just like community members report visiting two different O2 retail stores with completely different outcomes, you might find another member of the social media team to be more helpful.
We all have good and bad days, and you need to find a member of the social media team who has an interest and expertise in your particular problem. 👍
