Anonymous

Got my new phone yesterday and it uses a micro SIM so I've been trying to use the SIM swap service to change them over but it won't accept the SSN on my new SIM card.

You can do it via text message, to do this, you need to send a message with the word “Swap” to 20220 to start the process.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
