I have received a text and 2 emails saying thank you for your order and confirming that you have added out-of-bundle charges reduction but I did not order anything as I transferred from Virgin mobile and they have partnered with 02. I have only been with you for a few months. Want to know what is going on?

It's just an adjustment to your contract to ensure you don't pay more than you did with Virgin.
