I took a phone contract with o2 on Wednesday around 9:00 p.m. for the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. They took £30 up front payment which is still pending in my bank. I had all the legal documents sent through by email and an email with order number and my new mobile number 

 stating

 Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead for us.

They say we're reviewing your order and this can take up to 48 hours

Keep an eye on your inbox for our updates on progress and delivery.

 

It's been longer than 48 hours now. What could be happening?

As the payment is still pending it seems unlikely that you have been accepted.

O2 haven't claimed the money to progress your order.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Seems up that they would send all the legal documents through by email though?

Why wouldn't they just let me know if I haven't been successful straight away?

The system sends the docs out automatically.

Recently had a similar issue and had to call to get things moving.

Well after almost 1 week of no contact after placing my order.. Today i received an email that its out for delivery tomorrow 07/03/2023 Talk about keeping you in the loop 😂
