HELP!! other O2 numbers are being charged to call me on monthly o2??

hi im confused but i just got a monthly o2 contract phone today and my friends who are on unlimited payg o2 are being charged out the credit to call me.. can someone help?? i dont understand?

i have the same problem but it didnt sort out within a few days, i have been on my contract since august and other people still get charged to call me

Then you need to call customer service on 202 to get your account set up correctly. There must be a problem with the account registration on the system.
