You can only go back to a tariff if it's still an available option.

You also cannot downgrade your tariff to one of a lesser cost per month.

Check in your my02 for available ones to you or again ring O2 on 202 toto speak to another operator.

Good luck.

Did you speak to customer service or use webchat? From previous discussions on the community the opinion was that you could revert to your original tariff that you signed up for if it was still available. Speak to customer service again on 202 for clarification.

We have been told previously you can go back to your original tariff, however, it appears yours is no longer available...
For £28 a month now you only get 500 mins and 500mb of data.
If you call CS on 202 and plead your case you might get someone who will help you though in light of it been used previously by yourself.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
