Hi, I'm new to O2, just recently received my device and first airtime bill. As far as I understood, I'm on O2 refresh custom plan.

I can submit mobile expenses to my employer and would like to know if it is possible to get a device plan bill in addition to airtime bill, preferrably on one document.

Something like

Airtime : £20.0

Device plan: £30.00

Total: £50.00

Thanks.

As I understand it, the bills are separate.
If not, you could always use this, and print off the section you want to show your employer

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

You will have to submit a bill for device pln seperately by clicking on "Device plans (CCA's)"

@MI5 , Thanks for your answer. I was not able to find anything which looks like bill in Device Plan section:

There is only Download device plan (credit agreement option), which is useless

Click on "View device plan repayment schedule" and you can then choose "Download pdf payment history"
