Hello I have a new contract with 02 for a note ultra 5g and galaxy watch 3

When I look at my phone I see two sims (sim 1 and sim 2), I bought the watch over a device plan

However when I tried to link my watch to the phone using the PR Code, after scanning the code i was asked select a device plan and both options are sim 1 or Sim 2.

I chose sim 1 and I got a message stating there is no device plan, should I of selected sim 2?

To resolve this should I reset my watch back to factory settings and try again e.g. follow the same process but after I scan the PR Code select Sim 2?

Please advice and I look forward to your replies

Are doing this through the Galaxy Wearable's application, as it walks you through setting this up.

1. Go onto the Watch then Setup, connections, Mobile Networks,
2. SCroll to Mobile Plans
3. Scroll to Add
It will then direct you to your phone (Galaxy Wearables App)
On the Phone select add new plan
And then follow the prompts and scan the QR code

Do not use the esim or physical sim for your phone...

You should use whichever sim slot your O2 tariff is attached to and yes, you will need to reset the watch to try again.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to download it from Play store if not already installed on your phone.
