Hi my current contract ends on 23rd May 2020 and I unless I can change my current tariff to one that meets my needs for £20 or less I don't want to continue my contract which is nearly £50 a month. I have seen a sim only tariff advertised for £20 a month with 100g of data, now as far as I was aware I could change my tariff from 24th April but when I try that in My O2 I'm given no options. I am Autistic and don't feel comfortable talking to people I don't know over the phone, and due to current circumstances I have lost my support worker who would have called on my behalf, so is there another way I can discuss this with the relevant people?

TIA

You are going to have to talk to O2, alas - or get a friend to do it, @Ciryluk3g.

Webchat is being brought back online slowly from next week, you could try that tomorrow or Monday, if typing is preferable.

Hi there @Ciryluk3g , just came across your topic here. How are you getting on since you last posted?

Just to add to @pgn 's message above, we also have a service called Access for You that might help. It is meant to help when you find it difficult to speak on the phone due to a disability or other personal situation. You can read more about it here and if you'd like to register for this, you can drop a private message to the Community Team (either myself or @Martin-O2)here on the forum and we can help with the registration. slight_smile
