Hi @Char4 you have not given much to go on but as @jonsie says if this is linked to fraud you will have to persist with O2 customer services and from other posts on the board they do deal with fraud on accounts.

I received a phone call today followed by a message to say my 02 app password has been changed, my phone went all blank then I couldn't log back in changed my password again and see an ipad has been ordered got on the phone to 02 within seconds who were very unhelpful and told me just to turn the delivery down at the door, bit worried as if they don't give me a slip that I refused and then they don't revieve it back, they have added it on to my contact and payment dates are coming up already.
