I have been calling a certain mobile number for several years while I was with virgin Mobile.
Just before the changeover to O2, I started to receive the above message when dialing the number and this continues to the present day.
I asked my phone manufacturer, they said it is not my phone and I need to get PIN2 from my network provider and make sure 'Call barring' is switched off.
I got the code and call barring was already switched off, but I still can't call the number.
Can you please help with this?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

I have contacted O2 once and asked this question about a week ago, but had no response. I will contact them again. I asked on here incase others have had the same problem.
