Apple (if that's what you have) no longer ship phones with headphones or a charger.

You have to buy them separately.

You had to claim them @Iggy but I think the offer has finished now.

Was this for the Xperia 5ii?

If so you need to claim by the 2nd Dec:

The promotion is run by Sony and not by o2, so any issues you will need to contact them.
