Hi

Had an e mail yesterday from o2 offering me free disney + for 6 months as a Christmas gift. Just to text disney to 21500. When i try the text will not send, anyone else had this issue?

No issue here. I was able to text OK and got Disney activated again last night.

 If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi, I also received this link and applied for the free trial last night. This morning I have opened my O2 and the Extra is there but when I click to activate it takes me to a 404 error page. 
!!! Please note I *have* already read the alternative posts on how to add or remove Extras but this is not working!!!! There is no option for me to edit the Extras in O2, only the button to activate the existing Disney+ trial so I keep coming round in a loop to the same pages! Please can someone advise how I can activate the account? I have already wasted far too much time trying to do something that should be simple!
