Free Sony TV

Bought the new Sony IV phone for the free Sony bravia tv 43". Should have been sorted within 21 days, been over a month now, spoke to Sony, said O2 have to do their final validation their end. Spoken to O2 online and customer services saying it wasn't even an offer when I bought it in march. Offer was in store, why aren't they validating, told me to go back to store, honestly, I've claimed and done my part, how do I get my TV??

Ah well I got 4 free tickets to the US, with the Hoover debacle.

You just had to keep 1 step ahead and talk to Anne Robinson from Watchdog who gave me the address of the PO Box (in Warwick)

I also emailed them constantly with a cc of a fictitious solicitor 😂

Kept copies of everything, refused airports 200 miles away and nag nag nag. We flew from Gatwick in the end (Just paid for a nights stay at a cheap hotel as the plane left at 6am.) We booked our own Villa and the guy who owned it, sorted out very cheap car hire.

Best time of our lives knowing we had saved about £2000 just for buying 2 hoovers (1 for me and the other went to Mum  (which she insisted on paying for) 😊
