Had 2 accounts set up in my name fraudulently, I've never been an O2 customer. Can't seem to get through to ANYONE willing to help. O2, please advise how you're dealing with this. Thanks.

You need to call 0344 809 0202 and report it to o2
Also log with action fraud: https://actionfraud.police.uk
Also change your passwords on any key services you use, banking and email, and also check your credit report and bank account for any direct debits etc.
