my mobile contract is coming to an end. I have a few options. With other carries for better rates. But I am being forced to get a new mobile phone contract at an inflated rate due to having an I watch with 02 meaning paying an additional £262.80 over the 3 years for the iphone 13 max pro with unlimited txts. Unlimited calls and 20gb of data. Vs Virgin media who have the same phone for £48pm but with 24gb of data. Ive called a few times and been told I would receive a call back. The. Asked why I want to talk to a manager whom would call me back 24/48 hours. Shocking customer service for a customer whom has been with them since 2008.

I guess you didn't read the T&C's when you were "forced" into buying your watch?
