i ordered an ipad and payed £20 upfront cost and £20 a month, it arrived the 8th april, ive got an outstanding payment coming out tomorrow for £20 as first payment?? Ive only had the ipad 2 weeks.. on the o2 app it says my bill isnt due until the 7th may.. so that will be £40 in a month? Someone please help !

Where is this outstanding payment mentioned?

Are you sure it's not just your bill being generated - you pay two weeks after receiving your bill.

You pay a month in advance so your first bill is produced after the first couple of days and payment is due 14 days after.

So your next bill will be on the same day of the month thereafter.

You only get one bill each month

The £20 coming out tomorrow is on my banking app and then it says bill due on 7th may on the o2 app? X
