So ive finished my two year contract paying £41 a month. So ive changed to a sim only deal for £15 a month. Yet ive still been charged £41 today for my contract which should be completed with nothing else to pay. When will i get refunded and whys this happened?

Did you upgrade or take a new deal @George14 and who did you do it through?
It might have been an overlap - the new deal not coming into effect before the last charge was called for. Remember that the bill would have been generated 14 days before the DD was taken, so plenty of time for overlap.
