Finding a number I've deleted

So I deleted a contact the other day when I was annoyed but I do need to contact them again. Is there anyway I can find it again. I've checked my 02 ap but it dossnt show any details in that way for past few days etc just previous month can anyone help pls

It is not I was silly enough to delete the number from there

If you used the number last month, it will be on your last bill as a called or texted number, I'd've thought, @LynseyH7979
