If I upgrade in store, can a family discount be added afterwards or does it have to be set up in the store?

Hi there.

If you are refering to the friends and family 30% discount, it can be added at anytime.

As long as you purchased your phone directly from O2 just let your friend / family member who works for O2 know and they can send a text to apply your discount.

If the upgrade is to the iphone 5 then discount will only be added if you upgrade in

an o2 store.
