Family Plan Discount amounts

Morning All,  

 

I've just upgraded to the S20  and added the family plan discount on to the account again for it but can some please confirm is this is right 

 

Line 1 No Discount

Line 2 20% Discount 

Line 3 20% Discount

Line 4 40 % Discount

Line 5 40 % Discount 

 

I think I'm missing the 30% discount and i think the Line 3 should be 30% discount  customer service says that the discount are correct  ?

Yes, it should 10, 20, 30, 40% once you have 5 connections.

Each additional one after that is 40%

is in a way it is wrong but I'm also missing the 10% discount as well

so the line 2 should be 10% and so forth

I've tried to deal with this now for nearly a month now and it still does not look right I've got my next bill today and there is only a 1 x 20% discount and 1 x 40% discount spent a bit of time today on phone only to be told systems are down  .

As it should be 20 and 30% I'd leave it alone.

I'm only showing on my Bill @MI5  a 20% discount and a 40% discount  so not sure your correct saying leave it alone
