Hi Everyone,
Hope you can help out?
I'm after an esim for my recently purchased Samsung Watch 3, how do I get one online? I work nights so can't make it to an O2 shop or call customer service.

All help appreciated!

Mark.

@Mark1967 I believe you can call customer service up to 9 pm. I know the online advisors are on until that time on weekdays.

I will also tag another online advisor who will be on in the morning and can hopefully help. @O2Georgina can you assist?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Mark1967

You can only get one in store unless you buy watch from O2, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Mark1967 Hi, the eSIM is embedded, you can't install or remove an eSIM.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
Maybe I should have been a little clearer as to what I'm after. The Samsung Watch 3 is LTE, I'm after the esim pack so that I can make and receive calls on the watch.

Yes I understood the question and you need to go in store so they can activate the esim and set it up on your account.
