still waiting for this to be resolved, the tech team have no idea what to do, i was told yesterday hopefully will be sorted by wednesday, i am not holding my breath. why is O2 a joke, they never used to be, the Guru in store was so helpful and now they are not allowed to help. the complaints team dont bother to get in contact with you. i just want to leave O2. i have a apple watch i cannot use

All the error codes can be found here Activate Apple Watch Guide and what you need to tell o2.
The only way you can leave is by paying off all device plans and then you are free to go where you want..
Also bear in mind that it can be upto 8 weeks to get a response from the complaints team, as such no one else in CS can help once it goes to that team, and there is no one who can help on the customer to customer forum.
