Trying to place an order for the last 2 hours, everytime I get to checkout and go to complete checkout I get an error 500 page.
Are there problems on the o2 site at the moment?
Have tried all browsers, Edge, Firefox and Chrome in both normal and incognito mode.
Have cleared all caches and cookies and still the same problems.

Must have been an update or something as worked ok this morning though still won't show upgrade details, just keeps saying an error however managed to place an order as I wanted

Late evening is never a good time to do anything on the website as it is when O2 run maintenance and updates.
Many features are unavailable around that time.

Yes I still can't see upgrade info though, just keeps saying oops there is a problem, same for usage, nothing shows for that either. The account has always been hit and miss. Even logging in says there is a problem but still logs me in

I did on Twitter, they replied at 9am when I said I managed to place an order but nothing since then as now I cannot even get into my account. Everytime I log in it just says something has gone wrong and "click here should work" then takes me to this address with a completely blank page : https://mymobile2.o2.co.uk/

Your link works for me but is different to the one I usually use, which is https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or use incognito mode or a different browser altogether.

Yeah done all that, the link you gave was the one I "was" being sent to last night which is the correct one. But now its sending me to that other one.
All very bizarre. Can't even login on the O2 app for iphone

Looks that way, will give it until tomorrow then give them a call.
And this is just what happens, now I have managed to log in but see a very different screen from normal with 2 numbers on it. My "normal" number and the new number for the handset I ordered this morning.
Will see what tomorrow brings
