Without suggesting that customer service can do that for me..

Does anyone know if O2 support the Apple function to swip a data plan from phone to phone during an upgrade?

I have a 2nd esim Qr code already if required

Thanks. Useful guide.

Doesn’t answer my question though.. I specifically want to know if o2 support the Apple process or if need to do it myself.

I suspect they won’t support it. But I don’t want to try and then have to mess about because the transfer doesn’t work
