Downloading Bill

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

Could somebody give me advice on downloading my bill please.

The steps I have taken so far are ...

1.) Gone to My O2

2.) Clicked on 'view my bill'

3.) Clicked on 'view latest airtime bill'

4.) Clicked on 'Download and print latest bill'

Which then takes me to this link ...

https://service.o2.co.uk/pkmslogin.form

This is just coming up as a blank page and seems to be titled O2 Companion Login. I have tried using both Firefox and Internet Explorer with the same results.

Is there somewhere else I should be going to download a bill?

Thanks in advance

Try clearing your cache and cookies from the browser.
IE has known issues but Firefox should work OK.
Also give it a try on Chrome too.

Hi @Anonymous

A step by step guide
*View your latest bill in My O2
*Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
*Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
That will bring up the old style web page
*Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see Download and print PDF bill
I have shown a step by step guide as this is the way I do it. Navigating around the bill section should be much easier

It does annoy me that every month I get this c*&p about having to change my browser just to download and print my bill!! O2 need to get their act together and sort it out, it has only recently been a problem well for 6 months so how come its IE's fault?
