Downgrading contract?

Hello all,

 

When I signed up for o2 (Galaxy s2, 1000 minutes, unlimited text, 500mb data) I asked if there was a cheaper tariff I could go for. At the time, the woman said that no, this was the best she could do, but at some point I might be able to renegotiate with o2.

 

I've been on this tariff since May 2011, and I only ever use around 100 of my minutes every month. Is it possible to downgrade my minutes in exchange for a cheaper monthly rate?

As 02 wont answer your question here i would suggest that you make contact with 02's Customer services Department.
