I've been an O2 customer for many years. But the last few years I have opted to upgrade through Carphone Warehouse because I could get a plan over 24 months for the same monthly price O2.co.uk want to charge me over 36 months.
Now O2 no longer deal with CPW, I'm drawn to other service providers who are mostly 30% cheaper. Why is this the case?
Now the iPhone SE is being released this week, I can get this on Vodaphone with 72GB Data, 24 months for £35/month.
On O2, for 60GB Data, 24 months it's nearly £43/month. (Unlimited Data £51/month).
The default for O2 is 36 months - 3 years is a long time between upgrades! This brings my monthly payment down to £36/month.
Sorry O2 - I currently can't speak to you due to Covid-19, but you need to review your pricing.

No they don't price match and you would need to speak with them for any deals not shown on the website Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
